Each stage with clear criteria. • A field that changes not by the year but by the day. Here you’ll run AI, not compete with it. Who we’re looking for • Analytical mindset: you like numbers, you ask “why,” and you dig until you find the cause. • Advanced English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) — required. Clients, documentation, tools — everything is in English. • Confident with Excel or Google Sheets — required. Formulas, pivot tables, filters — no way around it. • You learn fast and aren’t afraid to make mistakes. • Self-driven: nobody has to tell you twice. • No marketing experience needed. What’s needed is a sharp mind and ambition. Important This is not a side job or an “after classes” internship. It requires 100% immersion: full-time in the office, 6 days a week. If you’re currently a full-time student — unfortunately, it’s not compatible. Compensation — transparent at every stage • Internship: transport and lunch covered. • Specialist (after internship): from 3,600,000 UZS/month. • Team Lead: from $2,000/month.
