Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities: • Full-cycle recruitment: from aligning the vacancy profile with the hiring manager to the candidate’s first day • Filling positions at various levels: blue-collar roles, engineering and technical staff, office specialists • Writing and posting job ads on hh.uz, LinkedIn, Telegram channels and other sources • Active candidate sourcing: resume database search, direct search via LinkedIn • Conducting phone and in-person interviews, competency-based candidate assessment • Arranging interviews with hiring managers and collecting feedback • Preparing and negotiating job offers, supporting candidates through to their start date • Managing the recruitment pipeline in the ATS, reporting on closed vacancies and time-to-hire • Participating in employer branding projects: job fairs, partnerships with universities and colleges, social media content, internship programs for students and graduates • Contributing to internal communications: preparing news and announcements for employees, communicating new appointments and company events, managing internal channels (Telegram, notice boards, newsletters) • Assisting in organizing corporate events • Analyzing the labour market and salary levels for key positions Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 1+ year of experience in recruitment • Experience in mass recruitment and hiring specialists at various levels • Skills in structured and competency-based interviewing • Confident use of hh.uz, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook • Fluent Russian and Uzbek, knowledge of English • Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple vacancies at once We offer: • Timely payment of wages, quarterly bonuses; • Company transportation/Full lunch; • Official employment; • Stable and competitive salary; • Work experience at a large international company.
