Sales Executive – Carplus Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Commission: Excellent Commission Structure + Career Progression Warm Leads. No Cold Calling. At Carplus, you'll work with warm, pre-qualified leads – absolutely no cold calling! You'll guide customers through their car finance journey, helping them secure the right finance and find their perfect car. What You'll Be Doing • Build relationships with customers and understand their needs. • Guide customers through the car finance and buying process. • Convert warm leads into successful sales. • Manage customer journeys using our CRM system. • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For • Previous sales experience with a proven track record. • Confident communicator with excellent people skills. • Motivated by targets, commission and success. • Resilient, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. • Organised, self-motivated and confident using technology. • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (UK time). • 40 hours per week. • Occasional weekend work with a weekday off in lieu.
