Driver Recruiter for US logistics

Responsibilities: • Recruit truck drivers for the company’s US trucking operations. • Find potential candidates through job platforms, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Contact applicants, conduct initial screening, and guide candidates through the hiring process. • Follow up with candidates and maintain an updated database of applicants. Requirements: • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Confident English communication skills. • Ability to work night shifts according to US business hours. • Motivation to achieve recruitment targets and earn performance-based bonuses. • Previous experience in driver recruitment is an advantage but not required.
