Procurement Intern/Junior Procurement Specialist

American Vitamins Standart LLC is a growing manufacturing company specializing in vitamin production. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative team member who is eager to develop a career in procurement and supply chain management. Key Responsibilities • Search for and identify local and international suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and consumables. • Request, review, and compare supplier quotations. • Prepare purchase requests and coordinate procurement orders. • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure the timely availability of required materials. • Maintain supplier databases and procurement records. • Collect and verify supporting documentation from suppliers. • Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments. • Participate in negotiations and business correspondence with suppliers. • Prepare procurement reports and analytical spreadsheets. Requirements • English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or higher (mandatory). • Fluent in Russian and Uzbek. • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage. • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications. • Strong communication and business correspondence skills. • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Ability to work with documents and analytical information. • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
