Project Closure Candidate Requirements Required • 3–7+ years of project management / program management / operations experience. • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish. • Strong organizational skills. • Strong communication skills. • Strong problem-solving ability. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams. • Experience managing timelines and dependencies. • Strong analytical skills. • Ability to work with multiple priorities. • Strong documentation skills. • Ability to work independently. • High level of accountability. Preferred • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification. • Experience with project-management tools. • Experience managing budgets. • Experience with technology or digital projects. • Startup / high-growth company experience. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience building SOPs and operational processes. • Experience working directly with senior management.
