ICT product portfolio development manager

Duties: • Build cross-product solution topics for specific industries. • Engage with customers to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and incubate new projects. • Develop and manage ICT product portfolio strategies based on market trends and customer requirements. • Identify and develop new product and solution opportunities across IP, storage, computing, and communication. • Develop integrated ICT solutions by combining multiple products to address customer and industry needs. • Collaborate with sales, technical, product, marketing, and solution teams to develop and promote solutions. • Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging technologies and new business opportunities. • Coordinate new projects from planning and customer engagement through solution development and implementation. • Collect customer and market feedback to support continuous improvement of the product portfolio. • Monitor new ICT technologies and industry trends and identify potential applications for target industries. Requirements: • More than 4 years' experience in marketing, specialized in at least 2 products: IP, storage, computing, communication • Able to understand and communicate technical department from industries or government • Capable of learning new technical trends and new solutions • Strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Proactive, responsible, and capable of taking ownership of projects from planning through execution. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently handle new challenges. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. • Proficiency in English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage. Working conditions: • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station. • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30). • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7) • Days off: Saturday, Sunday. • Probation period: 3 months. • Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English). • Monthly mobile allowance. • Medical insurance. • Performance-based bonuses.
