📢 WE ARE HIRING: IELTS INSTRUCTOR — FULL-TIME A modern private school focused on academic excellence, international standards, and strong student results is looking for an experienced and motivated male IELTS Instructor to join our team. 🔎 REQUIREMENTS • IELTS score of 8.0–9.5 • Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience • Proven experience preparing students for IELTS and achieving strong results • Strong knowledge of all four IELTS skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking • Full-time availability • Working hours: 08:30–18:00, 5 days a week • Strong communication and classroom management skills • Responsible, hardworking, and results-oriented approach • Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals • We are unable to consider candidates who hold foreign citizenship. • Candidates must have excellent command of both Uzbek and English. 💼 WE OFFER • Monthly salary: $1,000–$1,500, depending on experience, qualifications, and interview results • KPI-based bonus system • $75 bonus for each student who achieves the target IELTS result • Lunch and snacks provided by the school • Additional monthly food support • Stable full-time employment in a professional educational environment 📍 WORK LOCATIONS Almazar District 📍 Sebzor, 46/1 Chilanzar District 📍 Near the Big Ring Road, Eshonguzar crossroads Yunusabad District 📍 17th Quarter, near Sayram Market 📈 KPI & PERFORMANCE BONUS Teachers have the opportunity to increase their income through our performance-based KPI system.
