Key Responsibilities · Teach Business / Marketing / Economics / Accounting at secondary and high school levels in English, in alignment with A-level and IGCSE curricula and standards · Develop and update lesson plans, course content, and teaching materials for both subjects · Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons focused on student understanding and real-world application · Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students · Contribute to curriculum planning, lesson design, and academic administration · Participate in subject-related research and continuous professional development · Support a positive, inquiry-based learning environment in Business and Economics education Key Accountabilities · Deliver effective teaching across Business and Economics modules · Design, adapt, and improve curricula, syllabi, and teaching resources for both subjects · Apply innovative and technology-enhanced teaching methods in Business and Economics education · Provide regular academic support through scheduled office hours · Stay updated with developments in Business, Economics, and related teaching methodologies · Contribute to departmental administration and coordination activities · Support assessment processes, feedback collection, and quality assurance practices · Participate in academic events, student activities, and school presentations Key Requirements · Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (higher degree preferred), ideally from an international higher education institution · Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent qualification taught and assessed in English) · Experience in teaching Business / Marketing / Economics / Accounting at secondary or higher education level · Experience with the Cambridge curriculum system, including A-Level and IGCSE (within your subject area) · Proven ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team We are looking for applicants, who are passionate and enthusiastic for their subject area, and ready to demonstrate their commitment.
