Requirements • Master’s degree/ PhD in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous teaching experience at a university or higher education institution is preferred. • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and related subjects. • English proficiency at B2+ level (ability to teach and communicate in English). • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. • Ability to prepare lectures, assignments, assessments, and other teaching materials. • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural academic environment. • Good digital literacy and willingness to use modern educational technologies. • Responsible, organized, proactive, and committed to students’ academic development. • Experience with international curricula or foreign university programs is an advantage.
