Responsibilities: • Support the implementation of the Company’s commercial and sales strategy and annual sales plans. • Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers, key accounts, and strategic partners. • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customer segments. • Prepare and submit quotations, commercial offers, rate proposals, and other sales-related documentation to customers. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Intermodal, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure the proper execution of customer shipments and high-quality service delivery. • Follow up on customer bookings, shipments, and other commercial matters to ensure the timely and effective resolution of operational and service-related issues. • Support the development of intermodal and multimodal transportation solutions and coordinate related commercial activities with the Intermodal Department. • Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports, market analyses, presentations, and other commercial reports. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the Company’s systems and platforms. Monitor customer accounts, sales activities, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities. • Represent the Company in customer communications, business negotiations, industry events, and other external meetings, as required. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry ; • University degree ; • English proficiency – C1 level or above ; • Russian proficiency – C1 level or above ; • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ; experience with CRM systems and quotation processes is an advantage; • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation; • High level of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines; • Strong business correspondence and communication skills ; • Ability to work effectively with large volumes of information.
