Lead Qualification Specialist | StellaCore — Tashkent, Uzbekistan Salary: 5,000,000 UZS (~$400) base + performance-based commission Employment: Full-time | US Market | Evening/Night Shift About the Position We’re hiring confident, sharp English speakers to join StellaCore’s US Medicare lead qualification team. Your job is straightforward: reach out to potential customers, have genuine conversations, identify whether they meet the campaign’s qualification criteria, and connect eligible prospects with the appropriate specialists. This isn’t a position for someone who only knows how to read a script. We need people who can listen carefully, ask the right questions, and stay professional under pressure. What You’ll Be Doing • Making outbound calls to potential customers in the United States. • Engaging prospects in natural, professional conversations. • Asking relevant questions to determine qualification. • Identifying eligible prospects and transferring qualified calls to the appropriate team. • Accurately recording customer information and call outcomes in our CRM. • Following approved scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements. • Meeting individual performance and qualification targets. What We’re Looking For • English C1 preferred. • Clear pronunciation and strong conversational skills. • Confidence in speaking with American customers. • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection. • Excellent listening skills, patience, and attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional with difficult customers. • Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with US business hours. • Strong discipline, consistency, and willingness to learn.
