Digital and Intelligent Manager

Digital and Intelligent Manager FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will improve telecom project execution through reliable digital workflows, analytics and practical automation. Responsibilities • Map project workflows and prioritize digital improvements across rollout reporting, quality, materials and acceptance. • Translate operational needs into clear requirements for dashboards, workflow automation and approved business systems. • Coordinate solution design and implementation with project teams and IT; define ownership and support arrangements. • Establish consistent data definitions, validation rules and reporting logic so management indicators remain trustworthy. • Build or coordinate dashboards for milestones, risks, subcontractor performance and delivery bottlenecks. • Pilot automation and AI-assisted solutions using approved tools, measuring business value and retaining human review for important outputs. • Manage testing, user acceptance, training and adoption; document changes and support users during rollout. • Apply company data-access and information-protection requirements and escalate exceptions to responsible teams. Requirements • Experience in digital transformation, business analysis, operational analytics or process automation. • Practical knowledge of Excel, BI reporting and workflow tools; SQL or scripting experience is an advantage. • Ability to bridge business operations and technical teams and deliver measurable process improvements. • Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage. • A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams. Working conditions • Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14. • 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day. • Salary will be discussed during the interview.
