PMO - Project Management Office Manager

PMO — Project Management Office Manager FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting a PMO Manager for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. The role establishes consistent project governance and gives management a reliable view of delivery commitments, risks and performance. Responsibilities • Establish project governance, reporting calendars, decision forums and standard templates across the delivery organization. • Consolidate workstream plans covering engineering, procurement, permits, materials, subcontractors, acceptance and handover; maintain a coherent integrated milestone baseline. • Track schedule, scope, cost inputs and contractual deliverables; validate progress evidence and investigate deviations with the responsible managers. • Maintain risk, issue, dependency, decision and change registers; coordinate mitigation actions and timely escalation. • Prepare management dashboards and customer-facing weekly and monthly reports with clear delivery forecasts and recovery actions. • Organize project reviews, record decisions and follow up accountable owners until action closure. • Support resource and capacity planning, coordinating priorities between regional teams and project functions. • Ensure project records, acceptance evidence and lessons learned are traceable and available for internal reviews. • Improve reporting quality and delivery processes through practical controls, automation and lessons learned. Requirements • Relevant experience in project management, PMO or telecom project coordination; management experience is an advantage. • Understanding of telecommunications rollout stages, project dependencies and customer delivery commitments. • Strong Excel, reporting and project planning skills; familiarity with MS Project or equivalent tools. • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, challenge inconsistent data and communicate delivery risks constructively. • Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage. Working conditions • Full-time, on-site work in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14. • 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day. • Salary will be discussed during the interview.
