Outsourcing Specialist

Outsourcing Specialist FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will support subcontractor onboarding, work-order administration and delivery performance tracking. Responsibilities • Collect qualification and onboarding documents and follow up incomplete subcontractor submissions. • Maintain supplier registers, capacity records, contacts and work-order status in approved systems. • Prepare allocation requests and purchasing documentation for authorized review and approval. • Track work-package progress, delivery issues and corrective actions with subcontractor and engineering teams. • Reconcile completed-work records with engineering and quality before commercial processing. • Check invoice and payment documentation for consistency and escalate discrepancies. • Coordinate meetings, training attendance and operational communication with regional suppliers. • Compile subcontractor performance reports and maintain traceable approvals and change records. Requirements • Experience in supplier coordination, procurement support or project administration. • Strong Excel, document-checking and task-follow-up skills. • Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and maintain accurate auditable records. • Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage. • A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams. Working conditions • Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14. • 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day. • Salary will be discussed during the interview.
