Driver Recruiter

Job Responsibilities: • Find and recruit truck drivers. • Call leads and interview candidates by phone. • Check driver qualifications and documents (CDL, experience, driving record). • Explain job details, pay, and working conditions. • Follow up with candidates who haven’t responded. • Onboard new drivers and guide them through the hiring process. • Maintain candidate information and recruitment records. • Meet daily/weekly hiring targets. Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in driver recruiting (required). • Advanced English (C1). • Confident phone communication. • Organized and able to handle many candidates at once.
