Senior Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities: • Find and book street loads to keep trucks moving. • Negotiate rates with brokers to get the best RPM. • Plan routes and loads to reduce empty miles and deadhead. • Communicate with drivers throughout the day (pickups, deliveries, delays). • Track loads and keep brokers and drivers updated. • Handle issues on the road such as breakdowns, delays, and detention. • Maintain load records and paperwork. • Meet weekly gross and RPM targets. Requirements: • At least 4 years of experience in street load dispatching ONLY. • Must have own network of brokers. • Strong load booking strategy and excellent RPM management. • Fluent English for negotiating with brokers. • Punctual and reliable, with strong time management skills. •
